The precious saffron flowers in YSL OR ROUGE LE SERUM are harvested by hand in the high altitude YSL Ourika Gardens on the Atlas Mountains. The pistils of the saffron are then carefully extracted from the heart of the flower and carefully dried, after which they are stored in airtight and light-tight glass jars, ready to be used as an exceptional ingredient.
